We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.

How your payment is protected

Every page of our store, including checkout, is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Card payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, and we do not store your full card number.

When you are charged

Your card is charged when you place your order. If an item cannot be shipped, or an order is canceled before it ships, we refund what you paid for it to the same card. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to post them. See our Refund Policy for the details.

How the charge appears on your statement

For your privacy, your purchase appears discreetly on your card statement as SPZ_Ltd. Our store name and product names never appear on your statement.
