Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
This site, Secret Pleasurez, is operated by Secret Pleasurez Ltd Liability Co, a subsidiary of BlackGlass Tech Holdings LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit secretpleasurez.com (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What you buy is private. We use your information to run the store — to take and ship your orders, answer your questions and keep the Site secure — and we do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account and order details: your name, email address, password (stored in scrambled, hashed form), delivery and billing addresses, phone number (carriers require one for delivery), and the items you order.
- Payment details: you enter these at checkout and they are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
- Messages to us: what you write when you contact us, including your email address, any order reference and any attachment you send.
- Reviews and wishlists: reviews, ratings and saved products you choose to post or keep in your account.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, if you subscribe.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, our servers and the tools we use record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time. We use cookies and similar technologies for this, described in section 5.
Age confirmation
When you click to confirm that you are 18 or older, we save that choice on your device (in browser storage and in a cookie) for 30 days so we do not ask again. We do not collect identification documents or your date of birth.
Information from others
Our fulfillment partner sends us shipment updates for your order: the carrier, tracking number and ship date.
2. How we use your information
- to process payments, fulfill and ship your orders, and send order and shipping emails;
- to answer your questions and handle problems with an order, including with the AI-assisted support process described in section 3;
- to create and manage your account;
- to prevent fraud and keep the Site secure;
- to meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements;
- to understand how the Site is used and improve it; and
- to send you marketing emails only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Order and shipping emails are not marketing and continue while you have an order with us.
Your order history can reveal personal things about you. We treat it as confidential, we use it only for the purposes above, and we never sell it.
3. AI-assisted customer support
When you contact us, we use an AI assistant, provided by Anthropic, to help draft replies. To do this we send it your message and, if you have an account with us, your name and details of your recent orders: order reference, total, date, status and tracking number. We do not send it your payment details, password or delivery address. A member of our team reviews drafted replies before they are sent, except that simple order-status replies may be sent automatically. We do not use your messages to train AI models, and our AI provider processes them on our behalf.
4. Who we share information with
We share only what each recipient needs to do its job:
- Our fulfillment partner, a wholesale distributor that packs and ships your order: your name, delivery address, phone number, the items you ordered and our order number. We do not send your email address with the order.
- Shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS and FedEx), through our fulfillment partner: your name, delivery address and phone number, so they can deliver your package.
- Our payment processor: the payment and billing details you enter at checkout.
- Service providers that help us run the Site — hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, and the AI provider described in section 3 — only for those services and under obligations to protect the information.
- Authorities and other parties when the law requires it, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our customers, us or others.
- A buyer, if we sell or reorganize our business, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies that keep the Site working: your session, cart, sign-in, language and currency, and your age confirmation. The Site cannot work properly without them.
- Analytics tools that help us see how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, device type and approximate location). These may receive your IP address and the pages you view.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies will stop your cart and checkout from working. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
6. How long we keep information
We keep account and order records while your account is active and for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require. We keep support messages for as long as needed to help you and for a reasonable period afterward in case a question comes back. We keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live — including New Jersey, California and other states with privacy laws — you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy;
- correct information that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your information, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons;
- opt out of marketing emails, and of the sale or sharing of your information (we do neither); and
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
To make a request, contact us and tell us it is a privacy request. We may ask you to confirm your identity, for example by replying from the email address on your account. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and you can ask us to reconsider by replying to us; we will answer within 60 days. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request for you.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and limited access to customer data. No website or service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password and do not send card numbers, passwords or identification documents by email.
9. Children
The Site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will take additional steps to tell you, such as a notice on the Site or an email.
